Sourdough Discard Brownies

Ingredients:
1 stick butter
110g 60%+ chocolate, chopped
300g sugar
100g sourdough discard
60g cocoa powder
2 eggs
4g vanilla extract
100g all purpose flour
5g salt
150g chocolate chips
1.) Melt butter with chopped chocolate.
2.) Mix in discard, eggs, cocoa powder, vanilla, salt and flour.
3.) Fold in chocolate chips.
4.) Spread into a parchment lined baking dish and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
