Sourdough Discard Ginger Doodles

Ingredients:

113g butter

75g granulated sugar

50g sourdough discard

60g molasses

1 egg

7g vanilla (1tsp)

4g cinnamon (1tsp)

4g ginger (1tsp)

1g nutmeg (1/4tsp)

2g salt (1/2tsp)

2g baking soda (1/2tsp)

2g cream of tartar (1/2tsp)


Cinnamon Sugar:

50g granulated sugar

2g cinnamon


Recipe:

1.) Cream softened butter with butter. Mix in all wet ingredients and stir in all dry ingredients.

2.) Place dough in refridgerator to chill for at least half an hour to overnight.

3.) Preheat oven to 350°. Form dough into equal sized balls and roll in cinnamon sugar.

4.) Bake for 12-15 minutes and cool on a wire rack.
