Sourdough Discard Cranberry Crumble Bars

Ingredients:

113g softened butter

100g sugar

50g sourdough discard

180g flour

1 egg yolk

2 jars of cranberry sauce (8oz each)


1.) Preheat oven to 375° and line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.

2.) Cream butter and sugar. Stir in sourdough discard, flour and egg yolk.

3.) Spread half of the dough into the pan.

4.) Pour both jars of cranberry sauce onto the dough.

5.) Drop the rest of the dough on top in small bits.

6.) Bake for 30-35 minutes.
