Sourdough Discard Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
225g browned butter (2.5 sticks)
200g brown sugar
100g granulated sugar
1tbsp vanilla
2 eggs
100g sourdough discard
8g baking soda
4g salt
250g all purpose flour
100g cake flour
350g chocolate chips
1.) Brown butter, set aside to cool.
2.) Cream butter with sugars. Add in all wet ingredients and stir until combined.
3.) Mix in all dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips.
4.) Place dough in refrigerator to chill for at least 1 hour.
5.) Preheat oven to 375°
6.) Scoop dough onto baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, based on size.
7.) Cool on wire rack.
