Sourdough Discard Crackers

Ingredients:
40g butter, melted
150g sourdough discard
1tsp seasoning (I use Everything but the Bagel)
1/4tsp salt
1.) Preheat oven to 350° and line a baking sheet with a silpmat or parchment paper.
2.) Melt butter and stir in discard.
3.) Add in any seasonings and 1/4 tsp salt.
4.) Spread onto baking sheet. Top with additional seasonings and salt as desired.
5.) Bake for 10 minutes, remove from oven and cut into 1” squares.
6.) Bake for 20 minutes. Remove all crackers that have turned golden brown and place on a cooling rack. Cook crackers in 10 minute intervals until all are fully cooked.
7.) Once fully cooled, place in an airtight container up to a week.
